Join us for a calming and rejuvenating 30-minute meditation class guided by Annie Cavanagh. This session is designed to help you center yourself and find peace in your day. Meditation cushions will be provided and preset for your comfort, or you may choose to sit in a chair—chairs are first come, first served.
The class is $15 and will be charged upon check-in. Please arrive between 9:00-9:15 AM to settle in—doors will lock promptly at 9:15 AM. Enjoy tea and cucumber water from 9:00-9:15 AM, followed by meditation from 9:15-9:45 AM, after which guests will depart.
About Annie Cavanagh
Annie Cavanagh has 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training and has been teaching yoga in Seattle since 2018. She just recently completed her 300 hour training from Akhanda Yoga Institute in Rishikesh, India. Annie values the traditional path of yoga and brings that to each of her classes. Annie also loves song and is continuously studying the harmonium and traditional Indian music and weaves that into her classes as well. Annie is also a Reiki master, and believes this Japanese energy healing modality has the ability to calm, sooth and reignite the flow of energy in our bodies. The commonality between her studies of both yoga and Reiki, is that they are both tools to bring awareness to the bliss and love that resides in all of us.

Reiki + Sound
Join Jasmine RaShaé (founder of Soulful Flow Yoga) and Tasha Hampton (certified sound healer and breathwork practitioner) for a 75-minute Reiki & Sound Bath experience at The Ladies Room in Seattle, as we celebrate Women’s History Month with this beautiful collaboration of women facilitators at a woman-owned space.This session will begin with gentle Reiki energy work to promote relaxation and balance, followed by an immersive sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments to encourage deep rest and renewal. The combination of Reiki and vibrational sound therapy will help release tension, restore harmony, and create space for love and peace within.All are welcome—no prior experience needed.Join us for this special evening of rest, healing, and connection. She is the founder of Soulful Flow Yoga, Soul Flow Yoga School, and The J. RaShae’ Project, a consultancy specializing in creative production, event curation, brand strategy, and community engagement.
With over 1,100 hours of training in vinyasa, restorative, prenatal and postnatal yoga, yoga for athletes, trauma-informed yoga, yin, and Kemetic yoga, Jasmine is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, and lifelong learner. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Huston-Tillotson University, a historically Black college.
With 15+ years of experience in events, project management, and marketing, Jasmine combines her strategic expertise with a passion for yoga and wellness to create transformative, inclusive experiences.
