    • For Spa Pass Visits: Bring your swimsuit, a non-glass water bottle, a bag for your wet items (we do not provide plastic bags), and any personal items you need to get ready. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

    • For Massage or Facial Appointments: No need to bring anything specific.

  • We know life can be unpredictable! To avoid incurring a 100% Late Cancellation or No-Show fee, please contact us to cancel or reschedule anytime up to 24 hours before your appointment.


    Cancellation Policy:
    For Spa Pass/hydrotherapy appointments: We will waive the cancellation fee for first time patrons. All other Late cancellations will be charged 100% of the Spa Pass price.
    For Service Appointments: All Late Cancellations will be charged 100% of the service appointment price.
    Repeat Late Cancellations: If there are repeat Late Cancellations or multiple Late Cancellations in a row, The Ladies Room reserves the right to close your client file.


    No-Show Policy:
    All No-Shows will incur a 100% No-Show fee. 

  • We are a tops-optional, bottoms-required spa every day of the week. We are always a safe and inclusive space for women, femmes, non-binary, and gender non-conforming folks.

    Once a week, we offer All Gender Wednesdays, where men are welcome to enjoy hydrotherapy and services. We also hold special events and private parties that are open to all genders.

  • Yes! The Ladies Room is a silent spa, meaning we ask all guests to refrain from talking in the hydrotherapy and lounge areas. This ensures a peaceful and restorative experience for everyone. If you need to communicate, please do so in whispers.

    • Booking Services: Reservations are encouraged, especially for spa passes on busy days (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays). Appointments are required for our spá-la-carte services.

    • Booking Multiple Services: You can book multiple services online or by calling us at 206-466-2374. Services are scheduled in the following order: Spa Pass → Scrub → Massage → Facial. Please note that your Spa Pass start time and the start times of your services are not the same; services will start after your Spa Pass at the scheduled times. Plan your day accordingly.

    • Using Gift Cards or Discounts: Book online as usual; discounts and gift cards can be applied in person after your spa experience.

    • Age Limits: Guests must be 18 years or older to visit The Ladies Room.

    • Group Size Restrictions: The maximum group size is 4 people to maintain our silent spa environment. For groups larger than 4, please email hello@ladiesroom206.com.

    • Medication: Avoid waxing if you're using Retin-A, Accutane (currently or in the past 4 months), certain antibiotics, or skin medications, or if you're recovering from recent laser treatments or peels. Inform your skincare professional about any medications that could affect skin sensitivity.

    • Hair Growth: Allow hair to grow for at least 2 weeks, aiming for about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of growth for the best results.

    • Skin Reaction: It's normal to experience redness after waxing, which usually subsides within a few hours or up to 24 hours for sensitive skin.

    • Post-Waxing Care: Avoid hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, tanning beds, pools, beaches, or excessive sun exposure for 48 hours after your wax to prevent irritation or breakouts.

    • Large Soaking Pool: 98°F

    • Medium Soaking Pool: 103°F

    • Cold Plunge Pool: 56°F

    • Himalayan Salt Sauna: 124°F

    • Cedar Dry Sauna: 158°F

    • Steam Room: 117°F

    Each space is designed to provide a range of therapeutic benefits, from deep relaxation to invigorating contrast therapy. Enjoy the heat, the cold, and everything in between!

  • Our herbal tea is Sweet Mint Tisane, from Market Spice Tea in The Pike Place Market. It contains licorice root, peppermint leaves, spearmint leaves, fennel seed, basil, and rosehips.

  • We require a card on file when you book to secure your reservation. This is only used in case of a no-show or late cancellation fee. You won’t be charged until the end of your visit. At that time, any applicable discounts or gift cards will be applied before finalizing the payment.

Parking Information

We want your visit to be as stress-free as possible, including parking!

  • Customer parking is clearly marked—please be sure to park only in designated spots.

  • Some areas of the lot are reserved for residents.

  • Parking in these spaces may result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

  • If customer parking spots are full, street parking may be available nearby—please check posted signs for any restrictions.

We encourage carpooling, rideshares, or public transit for a more convenient and eco-friendly option.
