2-Hour Entry
Access to soaking pools, saunas, steam room, relaxation room and showers. Includes a locker with 2 towels, robe and shoes for the spa.
*Remember to bring your swimsuit, a non-glass water bottle and bag for your wet items.

Three 2-Hour Entries
Includes use of soaking tubs, sauna, steam and relaxation room. You need to reserve your Spa Pass time through our booking system or by calling our front desk.

Take a break from the pools to enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea or cooling cucumber water in our inviting Relaxation Room—a safe space to unplug, unwind and take time out from everyday stress. Silence is golden.
Our Recommended Wellness Flow:
Warm Up
Start by gently heating your body in one of our heated facilities until you feel the need to cool down.
Cool Down
Transition to cold immersion with our cold plunge or cold shower.
Rest & Rebalance
Allow your body to recalibrate in a neutral, temperate space. Options include:
Relaxing in the tepid pool
Lounging in the seating area near the pools
Unwinding in the relaxation room
Repeat
Once your body feels back to normal, you can repeat the cycle as many times as you like. Be sure to hydrate and take deep, intentional breaths throughout your visit for optimal relaxation.
